Yes, a small group, but we were all so pleased to see Lisa Peterson and Jim Throop and Bud Aune even walked in! yes, Bud walked in ... no more motorized wheel chair.
This was one of those days when a whole lot of intelligent conversation was going on. One major point that was raised was the funds being spent on outside groups to man the concession stand during the Optimist Youth Football season. The concession stand is the Boise Noon Optimist Club's main source of income for the year and we've been spending a lot of money on others to run it. Sooo ... we are asking people in the club and those connected with the OYF to PLEASE volunteer to work one four hour shift per season. Lisa Peterson's ticket was pulled and she won $9.00!
Next Tuesday we meet at the Casa Mexico on Fairview & Five Mile at about 6:30 PM.
